Be transported to the heart of Middle Eastern cuisine during this hands-on cooking class. Learn the secrets to cooking traditional BBQ dishes as you get involved in preparing a multi-course feast - from buttermilk chicken shish kebab and butterflied lamb shoulder to baked feta and homemade Turkish bread. You will learn a variety of recipes and cooking techniques throughout the session and will finish with a sit-down meal to devour all of your hard work!

  • Lamb and pistachio kofta with pita bread
  • Buttermilk chicken shish kebab with lemon pickle, oregano and cauliflower shawarma
  • Greek-style butterflied shoulder of lamb, cummin, lemon and garlic

  • Class dates run all throughout the year
  • This class runs for three hours

    Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:


    • Over 72 prior to the experience date: No charge
    • 72 hours until the experience date: $50 per participant fee to be charged to change the date. This will be the fee for fresh produce, already assigned to you
    • No shows: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book
