In this 3-hour interactive class you'll master Middle Eastern BBQ techniques and learn specific grilling methods from Lebanese, Turkish, Greek, and Arab cuisines.
From rubs, timing, and temperature control, you'll discover the characteristics of seven main Middle Eastern BBQ regions and their unique flavours. You'll Practice essential techniques like charcoal smoking and the shish method to enhance your grilling skills. You'll also be welcomed with a cold beer and an apron before meeting your instructors and then you'll work alongside our chefs to prepare meats for smoking, learning about marinades and rubs.
By the end of the class, you'll have the knowledge to recreate Middle Eastern BBQ dishes at home, adding new flavours to your backyard cookouts.

This experience is three hours in duration.
Participants must be 18 years old and over to be served alcohol; a photo ID may be required.
Classes operate with 12-20 people in each cooking class plus 2 experienced chefs. You will be contacted via email if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Our venue has a capacity of 20 people, unfortunately, we do not allow spectators however they are welcome to join as one the participants in the session.
Under any severe weather warning, we will contact you to update you on your session.
Please wear covered footwear on the day of the cooking class. Bringing a jumper as the class is held outdoors is also recommended during the cooler months.
