You're invited to Vine Restaurant, a gorgeous eatery on the corner of tree-lined Moray Street for a seven course degustation. The menu will introduce you to a host of Italian-inspired dishes with a contemporary twist, packed with exquisite flavours that you will fall in love with. Each dish effortlessly honours the local produce and high-quality imported goods incorporated within, and the warm and modern decor provide a relaxing and sophisticated ambience, perfect for lunch, dinner or any special occasion.

  • Salted burrata cheese, beetroot, porcini mushrooms and tarragon emulsion
  • Seared Canadian scallop, smoked eggplant, dry cherry tomatoes, rocket, oil
  • Bitter leaves, passion fruit, carrot puree, fresh fruits and citrus dressing
  • Brisbane Valley quail, baked pumpkin, roasted carrot, and liquorice jus
  • Ravioli caprese filled with ricotta, goat cheese, broccoli and peas puree
