Minimum of five and a maximum of 15 participants.
Every one in the studio must participate. There is no spectators for this session, however we do have a intro room for them to wait in outside if they would like.
This experience runs in all weather conditions.
Please wear clothes you don't mind getting messy and bring a towel, a wet bag, and a spare change of clothes for all participants. Swimwear underneath clothing is recommended to assist with washing down afterwards as the studio bath is in a public area.
