Guidelines

• Participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian
• Minimum height of 120cm
• Tours are conducted in English, and all participants must be able to understand English instructions
• Participants must have the ability to ride a bike and self assess their ability to complete the tour
• The experience provider reserves the right to remove any tour participant who is deemed to compromise the safety of themselves or the group
• Participants must understand that cycling involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards.
• Risks may arise from factors such as terrain, weather, temperatures, water crossings or conditions, equipment, personal fitness, vehicular traffic, and the actions of other people
• Cycling is a physically demanding activity that may place strain on the body
• Participants accept and assume all risks associated with cycling and take full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Maximum of 10 participants per tour group.

Weather

In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Dress Code

Please wear weather appropriate clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and long sleeves, and bring a reusable bottle of water.
