• Individuals with unstable heart conditions or severe hypertension are contraindicated
• Avoid treatments if you have a fever or infections
• Recent surgery or injuries are contraindications due to potential healing interference
• Open wounds, burns, or skin infections can be worsened by these treatments
• Severe varicose veins may be aggravated by massage
• Bleeding disorders or blood thinning medications increase bleeding risks
• Chronic health issues like multiple sclerosis or lupus require caution
• These treatments are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Spectators

Spectators can wait inside the waiting lounge or at the Midnight Bar next door.

Dress Code

Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to remove and put on. Swimwear can be worn in the sauna. There are shower facilities with towels and robes available.
