In this three-hour cooking class, learn to create some of India’s most famous dishes. Your dedicated chef will take you through the fundamentals of Indian ingredients, flavours and spices. At the end, enjoy tasting your efforts together as you celebrate with a glass of sparkling wine or beer!

With a friend or loved one, take part in a fun and interactive cooking class learning to master some of India’s most renowned dishes. Your dedicated expert chef will take you through essential cooking ingredients, flavours and spices while performing a menu demonstration. Learn to make ghee, the clarified butter that’s central to Indian cooking, and two types of masala spice blends. It will then be your turn to create the delicious recipes yourself, with adjustments to suit your taste buds. At the end, indulge in your creations as a group enjoying a variety of dishes that are made for sharing. Toast to your success with a glass of sparkling wine or beer!
