Your dedicated expert chef will take you through essential cooking ingredients, flavours and spices while performing a menu demonstration. Learn to make ghee, the clarified butter that’s central to Indian cooking, and two types of masala spice blends. It will then be your turn to create the delicious recipes yourself, with adjustments to suit your taste buds. Session Length

  • This experience runs for approximately three hours
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time as doors will be locked promptly at commencement of the class

Guidelines

  • Participants should advise provider about any dietary requirements at time of booking
  • Please dress comfortably for a kitchen environment
  • Long hair should be tied back and jewellery kept to a minimum
  • Shoes should be non-slip and must be closed-in
  • Alcohol is served to participants 18 years and older
