Your dedicated expert chef will take you through essential cooking ingredients, flavours and spices while performing a menu demonstration. Learn to make ghee, the clarified butter that’s central to Indian cooking, and two types of masala spice blends. It will then be your turn to create the delicious recipes yourself, with adjustments to suit your taste buds.
