  • ZAFFRANI PANEER Cottage cheese in saffron, cream, yoghurt and mace, chargrilled to perfection
  • POTLI SAMOSA [g] Pastry pockets with lightly spiced potatoes, green peas and oven roasted coriander seeds
  • URLAI CROQUETTES Pan seared mashed potato croquettes with ginger, green chili, curry leaf, subtle spices and golden fried

Main

  • Butter chicken - Chicken thigh fillets (free range) roasted in the tandoor and then pan finished with delicately spiced dry fenugreek leaves, cashew nut and fresh cream
  • Goan macchi - Market fish with turmeric, mustard seeds, balsamic vinegar, star anise and coconut cream
  • BHUNA LAMB Slow-cooked lamb in aromatic spices and caramelised onions, finished with a rich flavorful sauce.
