You're invited into Chef Jacqui Selleck's beautiful home located in Fingal for an intimate interactive dining and cooking experience. Upon arrival, receive a warm welcome from Jacqui before being treated to sumptuous canapes out on her spacious balcony, boasting stunning panoramas of the Moonah Links golf course. Once you've reawakened your tastebuds, don your apron and peruse the menu and recipes for the day. Over the lesson, you will learn knife skills, plating up techniques, advanced food prep and many more tricks of the trade from Jacqui. By the end of the class, you'll have produced a delicious entree, main course and dessert that you'll enjoy at her beautifully set dining table.
