• Hot air balloon flight is 45 minutes to an hour in duration, depending on weather conditions on the day
• Departing at approximately 3am in the summer and 4am in the winter

• Minimum age of three years
• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
• Participants with significant knee, hip or back problems must consult with the pilot prior to the flight
• Please reconfirm your booking with the experience provider within 24 hours and before making other travel arrangements
