Experience a day of flavour, fire, and storytelling in this premium Hibachi Steak Masterclass just over an hour from Adelaide. Your day begins with a warm welcome from the two professional Chefs before settling in for a hands-on steak education session. Learn how to select the right cut, understand terminology, and prepare steak for optimal tenderness and taste. The chefs will guide you through hibachi cooking techniques, showing you how to control flame, temperature, and sear to achieve the best results.
Next up is a native food journey, exploring uniquely Australian ingredients. You'll get to sample emu pastrami, taste green ants, and learn how these flavours can transform dishes. Then, create your own native-inspired condiments, including wattleseed pepperberry butter and bush mayonnaise, before gathering around a long table for a multi-course lunch paired with Chapel Hill wines. With beautiful food and rich storytelling, this masterclass is equal parts feast, education, and celebration.
