• This experience is two hours in duration
• This experience is available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10.00am (AEST)

• Minimum of one and a maximum of 25 participants per tour
• Children in attendance must be accompanied by an adult
• Tickets are transferable with 24 hours’ notice
• Experience provider reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for disruptive behaviour
• No refund for disruptive or unsafe behaviour resulting in removal from the tour
• Full refund or reschedule offered if tour is cancelled by operator due to weather, safety, or low bookings
• During this experience guests must be physically able to walk approximately two and a half kilometres
• In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
• Participant changes are allowed, so please contact experience provider

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
