Enjoy 4 delectable courses and matching drinks in a different and magnificent setting at a luxurious Mornington Peninsula Country Estate. Commence lakeside on the outdoor terrace watching the sun dip behind the trees and share a charcuterie board and savour a glass each of the Estate's sparkling wine. Slip into to the Brasserie restaurant and choose your main course and a side from the à la carte menu and enjoy a glass of estate wine to match. Find your way to the Grand Formal Dining Rooms for a decadent sweet treat from the degustation menu served with a Mornington Peninsula dessert wine. Finish this lavish experience in the Billiards Room with local cheeses, estate condiments and espresso coffees.


Entrée - By the lake

  • Charcuterie board of assorted meat and accompaniments

2nd Course - In the Brasserie

  • Pan fried Barramundi fillet with a chermoula and leek sauce served with aromatic fruit and nut rice pilaff, crispy spinach and bonito flakes – gf
  • Asian style pork belly braised in Mornington Peninsula dark ale served on sauerkraut with baby buttered carrots and pickled green papaya – gf
  • Black Angus eye fillet served with a beetroot & horseradish sauce, green beans and timbale of carrot, fennel and sage – gf
  • Wild mushroom and goats cheese pie served with a salad of baby spinach and rocket, toasted almonds and little acre cherry tomatoes - gf option
  • 12 hour slow baked Gippsland lamb shoulder served with thyme & honey jus and asparagus spears – gf (to share between two)

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:


  • Over 2 weeks prior to the experience date: No charge
  • 48 hours to up to 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person participant fee to change the experience date and time
  • Within 48 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
