Sydney Weekender has classified this cooking class as 'One of the best places in the world to learn how to cook authentic Italian'. In this hands-on class you will learn to make pesto tagliatelle and ricotta ravioli from scratch, as well as risotto, semifreddo and more.
Your host and cooking teacher for the day is Luciana Sampogna, a graduate from the famous Simili Sisters' school in Bologna, and author of 'Light of Lucia', the cookbook which takes you through the journey of Italian life, love and food.
This hands-on class is a 'must do' for those passionate about food, Italian culture or learning a new skill. You will prepare a typical Italian lunch including fresh pasta, meat and dessert, using the very best ingredients and recipes from various parts of Italy. The flavours will make your mouth sing with delight and your tummy gurgle with satisfaction!

This class covers how to make fresh pasta. The other three dishes will be covered in a comprehensive demonstration. You have dinner and two glasses of wine which will accompany the pasta dish and the meat respectively.
