Learn to cook some of these Italian favourites. Discover with us the basics of Italian gastronomy: freshness, simplicity and lack of pretension, plus robust dishes packed with flavour…tomatoes, olives, cheeses, garlic, basil, rosemary, sage and lemons. Learn to make egg pasta, focaccia, wonderful stocks and sauces, amazing antipasti, including pizzas, vitello tonnata, stuffed zucchini flowers and stuffed squid, risottos, biscotti, tarts, panfortes, semifreddos, panna cottas and much more. Classes are limited to 9 participants with one chef plus a kitchen steward assistant.
Participants are asked to wear covered in, comfortable shoes, for safety reasons.
This experience offers a unique cooking class day, learning to cook whilst experiencing the glorious view of Port Phillip Bay. All classes cook appetizers, soups or entrées, main course and dessert.
All participants must be over 18 years, unless accompanied by a participant who is an adult
