Learn the secrets of Thai Cooking in this 4.5 hour masterclass. This cooking class will teach you to create the delicate balance of flavours that makes Thai cooking unique – zesty flavors characterised by sweet, sour, salt and spice to produce delicious Thai dishes. The class starts by making an authentic red curry paste which you get to take home so you can start creating at home.

Then we will make a variety of entrée and main dishes and finish with a beautiful dessert. When the cooking is finished you will sit down and enjoy your creations with a glass of wine! All dishes are made with the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients.

In the masterclass we cover around 10-12 different recipes. Here is an example of the types of dishes covered:

On the Day

Session Length

This experience lasts for 4.5 hours and runs on selected Saturdays and Sundays starting at 10:30am

Numbers on the Day

Minimum numbers for cooking classes are 6 people.

Dress Code

Flat closed in shoes must be worn as entry to the kitchen will be denied if open toe shoes are worn - this is a Health and Safety requirement.

  • Dietary requirements including gluten free and fructose intolerance can be accommodated - please advise at time of booking.

  • No alcohol will be served to anyone under 18 years of age.
  • Minimum age is 14 years

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • Booking are not refundable but they can be rescheduled to a later equivalent class. If arranged more than 72 hours prior to the original booked class start time
  • Missed cooking classes will not be refunded and cannot be rebooked
  • The experience provider reserves the right to change your class date within 48 hours of your scheduled class if the class does not fill to the minimum number of 6 people
