Do you love Duck but don't know where to begin your Duck cooking journey? This cooking class will take the mystery out of cooking duck for you! See how easy it is to cook duck in many different ways, as well as some sauces and accompaniments. With the teaching of knife techniques to assist in boning and portioning birds, you'll be well equipped to provide these gourmet dishes at home too. You will even learn how to cook the world's best roast potatoes with duck fat! You will get to be the judge, by dining at the “chef’s round table” on all of the dishes that you have created on the day, with a lovely glass of wine of course!

On the Day

Session Length

  • This experience lasts for approximately three and a half hours
  • Available most Saturdays during the year at 10am
  • Available most Wednesday at 10am and most Thursdays at 6pm

Numbers on the Day

1 chef and 1 chef’s assistant are on duty and there are10 people maximum in the class.
