Master the art of gin making on this unique gin making masterclass in the quiet suburb of Nunawading. Jump straight into the exciting process by selecting your botanicals from the botanical wall, which is there to guide you select the right botanicals to achieve your desired flavour profile. Using a copper alembic still imported from Portugal, you'll learn how to distill your very own gin the traditional way. Enjoy the process and wait for the magic to unfold!
In the meantime, you'll be taken on a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery, enjoy a tasting session sampling some of their amazing gin, and br treated to a delicious lunch of hot and cold sharing plates and platters for the ultimate experience. Afterwards, come back to your gin once it's done and add the final touches to your very own 500ml bottle. Take it home and enjoy with your family and friends!
Minimum numbers to run the class is four participants. The maximum for a class is 10 participants.
