Spend a fun and relaxing day surrounded by lush rolling hills, learning a variety of delicious recipes to add to your repertoire. Located on a stunning 125-acre property in the Byron Bay hinterland, you'll enjoy a fully immersive cooking class in a country setting. To begin the class, you will take a wander through the vegetable garden, spending time foraging and harvesting produce, allowing you to see, feel and smell everything that is cooked. You'll then learn to cook an array of healthy, hearty meals whilst learning about the different regions and flavours that influence the heart of Spanish cuisine. After a morning of preparing and cooking, you will all come together for a three course sit down lunch matched with some of Australia’s finest organic and biodynamic wines. Spend a fantastic afternoon in great conversation as you relish in the delicious flavours and textures. You're guaranteed to leave the class inspired and full of new knowledge!

Session Length

This experience is a full day in duration, running from 9:30am to 4pm.

  • Participants must wear enclosed shoes and long hair must be tied back for food preparation
