Enjoy a four hour cooking class with an experienced cooking instructor extensively trained by chef and author Luciana Sampogna. This hands-on class gives you the opportunity to make fresh pasta and turn it into tagliatelle, penne and ravioli. You will make penne alla vodka to start the evening, accompanied by a glass of wine, before learning to make authentic bolognese sauce. You will also have the delight of creating fresh mint and ricotta ravioli and the iconic tiramisu cake! At the end of the class, dine Italian-style at a long table and toast to your efforts with a glass of wine.

Session Length

  • Evening classes are run on alternate Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays
  • Evening classes start at 6pm and will run for four hours

Guidelines

  • Participants must be over the age of 18 years to consume alcohol during this experience
  • Children can only be accepted once a child enrolment form has been completed and signed by a parent or guardian
  • This class is also suitable to people with a gluten intolerance - please advise at the time of booking
  • Menu subject to seasonal change
  • A coeliac options is available on selected dates

  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience

This experience is held in a boutique cooking school customer designed in Marrickville. There are dedicated rooms with fully equipped work benches. A separate dining area is utilised and all participants enjoy each course as it is prepared accompanied by winds.
