Sydney Weekender has classified this Italian cooking class as 'One of the best places in the world to learn how to cook authentic Italian'. This four hour class will have you creating fresh pasta and sauces from scratch and perfecting the iconic tiramisu cake! Two glasses of wine included.
Enjoy a four hour cooking class with respected chef and author Luciana Sampogna. This hands-on class gives you the opportunity to make fresh pasta and turn it into tagliatelle, penne and ravioli. You will make penne alla vodka to start the evening, accompanied by a glass of wine, before learning to make authentic bolognese sauce. You will also have the delight of creating fresh mint and ricotta ravioli and the iconic tiramisu cake! At the end of the class, dine Italian-style at a long table and toast to your efforts with a glass of wine.
Classes are small and intimate - numbers are limited to 17.
