Tour Cancellation: tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or Pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. Refunds: 48 hour cancellation notice required for a full refund claim; within 24 to 48 hours for a 50% refund claim. If cancelled inside 24 hours no refund applies.
There is an EPA ruling that prevents us (or any other Helicopter company) from landing on the sand cay if it is already occupied. Exclusivity cannot be guaranteed by any operator as the cay is open to boats and the public. If by chance another operator or members of the public are already there, we would then take an extra scenic flight to Turtle Beach, which is a lovely beach south of Cairns.
