Become a cheese making boss after this hands-on class with a cheese expert. You'll be talked through milk selection using store-bought milk, acidification, coagulation and how to turn your curds into silky feta and warm ricotta whilst sipping on bottomless rose to get your creative juices flowing. By the end of the class, you'll be confident enough to replicate these delicious cheeses in your own kitchen.
