• Program duration is approximately 45 minutes, with approximately 20 minutes in the water

Please present this ticket to the Animal Adventures Check-In Centre located inside Sea World ONE HOUR PRIOR to your program time. All participants must be present at check-in. A wetsuit or rash vest and board shorts will be supplied and must be worn. Sizes range from XS to 7XL. Should we not have your size, please contact Guest Services to make other arrangements. Swimwear must be worn underneath wet suits or rash vests and board shorts. By proceeding with your booking you have acknowledged and agreed that you do meet all participation criteria. If at any time prior to the program or during the program you are assessed as not being able to fulfill the criteria, you will be asked to leave the program. Unfortunately no refund is payable. Booking is valid only for the date, time and program specified. All programs will proceed in wet weather. No refunds or rainchecks are available if you choose not to participate due to weather conditions

• Participants must purchase a Sea World entry ticket or hold a valid pass for entry to Sea World
• Participants must be aged five to 13 years of age inclusive and a minimum of 110cm in height (measured without footwear). Children will be measured on the day of participation. If the child does not meet the height restriction they will not be able to participate and will not be eligible for a refund
• Participants must purchase a Sea World entry ticket or hold a valid VIP Pass for entry to Sea World
• Participants must be able to speak and/or understand English, or have a translator present for the safety briefing - translators must then remain nearby to further translate if requested by the trainer.
• Participants must have controlled motor movement
• Guests are not permitted to wear any visible jewellery of any type including necklaces, bracelets, ear rings, body piercings, religious and cultural ornamentation, hair clips and pins (other than a single hair band), unless it is unable to be removed then it has to be taped
• Participants must follow directions quickly to the satisfaction of staff
• Participants must be able to quickly exit the pool area unassisted
• Participants must not have any open cuts or infections
• Guests with disabilities are asked to call Village Roadshow Theme Parks directly to determine suitability to participate in the Animal Adventures programs. Please note a limited number of special needs programs are available for people with disabilities that otherwise prohibit them from participating

Dolphin Aqua Adventure programs have approximately 14 participants per program.
