Visit a sanctuary with an experienced coach to guide and facilitate learning and problem solving, while supporting the conservation of this Australian apex predator, where you’ll get up close with dingoes during safe encounters. Strengthen and sharpen leadership skills with a hands on training program that incorporates outdoor tasks such as a survivor style team building challenge while focusing on exploring adaptability, communication and trust.
Then connect with nature and your team as you explore the surrounding coastal landscape with mindful walks and ground with journaling and breath work sessions. Enjoy group connection during a campfire reflection session that creates a safe space for open, honest conversation that strengthens team alignment and empathy.
