Immerse yourself in the art of spirit-making at the award-winning Tamborine Mountain Distillery. During this hands-on class, you’ll design your own personalised unaged bottle of Rum, Gin, Brandy, Vodka, or Schnapps using a wide range of botanicals and ingredients from the on-site apothecary. You’ll have everything needed to create a spirit tailored to your taste. While you experiment and create, enjoy a delicious grazing platter to share, making the experience even more relaxed and social.
Allow the Head Distiller to guide you through every step from choosing the perfect botanicals to operating the distillation equipment. This interactive class ensures you gain practical experience and expert tips while crafting your unique spirit. At the end of the class, you'll take home a 500ml bottle of your handcrafted spirit. This unique bottle is not just a drink but a reflection of your creativity and a memorable souvenir from your distilling adventure.
