Guided by an expert host, you will turn into a Bocconcini and Burrata buff in no time. Sip on bottomless bubbles as you learn all the basics to the art of cheese making, from milk selection using store-bought milk, acidification and coagulation to turning curds into one kilo of your own melty and creamy cheese to take home. Roll up your sleeves as you heat, stretch and fold your way into making pillows of burrata and bocconcini. You'll also be shown how to whip up spectacular cheese using common kitchen equipment you already have at home. With the perfect combination of bubbles and cheese, you're sure to have a blast and walk away with the confidence to make your own delicious cheese.
