Step into a serene environment with this full day retreat in Byron Bay, featuring multiple yoga sessions, a sauna experience, pool access, and all meals included. This rejuvenating day features two calming, daytime yoga sessions and a guided meditation in the evening. A lifestyle workshop with rotating classes for variety each day of the week is also featured. Workshops may include a cooking class, educational garden tour or the fundamentals of asana alignment. Explore the lush gardens surrounding the 15 acre property and soak up the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat.
Savour every bite of the delicious, organic, garden to plate cuisine provided, delighting in breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as herbal teas and seasonal fruits throughout the day. Melt away any tension with a 45 minute outdoor sauna experience, inclusive of two 10 to 15 minute rounds and additional time to rinse off and jump into the magnesium pool. You are free to use the pool at any time and can swim a full 20 metres between each side. Embrace deep relaxation as the day comes to an end with restorative yoga and an evening mindfulness practice.
