Ride on horseback through the native tea tree swamp and sub-tropical woodlands of Byron Bay and get a glimpse of the region's incredibly diverse flora and fauna. This 90-minute adventure takes you along the high dune and overlooks the beach and Julian Rocks in parts.
Discover the natural beauty of Byron Bay on this 90-minute ride that explores deep into the native Tea Tree forest. Be guided through the tranquil sub-tropical forest on the back of a friendly horse and be amazed at the flora and fauna that resides along this gorgeous trail. This extended forest ride takes you along the high dune and overlooks the beach and Julian Rocks in parts. This trail is suitable for all experience levels, and you will receive instruction on the control and management of your horse.
Available Monday to Friday only.
Maximum group size of eight people.
Tours will go ahead unless deemed unsafe by the staff. You will ride in light rain but if the wind is too strong or there’s lightning, the tour will be postponed.
Please wear long pants and enclosed shoes. It is recommended to bring sunscreen or a rain jacket depending on the weather forecast.
Age, height, weight and experience level for ALL riders must be provided.
