In this one day course, there will be pre-heat treated stainless steel knife blanks and resin handles for you to choose from. Topics covered during the day include the end-to-end knife building process, designing a knife, shaping a knife, heat treating speciality stainless steels, hand-grinding techniques and how to hand-sand your blade to get a perfect satin finish. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
