• Flight time: 15–20 minutes (daily departures, subject to availability)
• Total experience time: approx. 45 minutes
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time

Maximum individual weight: 115kg. Infants cannot fly. If you have a disability that could hinder this experience, please enquire with us directly to see if we can accommodate your booking.

• Shared flight requirement: Flights operate with 3 passengers. If you book 2 seats and a third isn’t sold, you’ll need to pay for the third seat on the day (discounted rate).
• Passenger weights: Maximum 115kg per passenger, with a combined passenger limit of 250kg (cannot be exceeded).
• Children: 2 years or under (must sit on an adult’s lap).
• All flights subject to aircraft weight and balance requirements

All cancellations must be in writing and addressed to V2 Helicopters. There are no cancellations available for flights that have been postponed or rebooked from a postponed flight. The following fees will be payable by the Client for Flights cancelled by the Client, depending on notice given to V2 helicopters:

• Less than 21 business working days prior to departure – 25% of full Price
• Less than 14 business working days prior to departure – 50% of full Price
• Less than 7 business working days prior to departure – 100% of full Price

Occasionally, Mother Nature doesn’t play nice. To keep our customers safe and comfortable, we may have to cancel some flights from time to time. While we strive to provide as much notice as possible, weather conditions can be unpredictable and are often only confirmed closer to the flight date. If your flight is cancelled due to weather, rescheduling is encouraged!

Wear sensible fully enclosed footwear. Sun protection is recommended as you are fully exposed to the sun. We recommend a cap (compatible with headset), sunglasses and sunscreen
