The restaurant was modern and nicely decorated with commanding views of the botanical gardens and the Sydney harbour. The restaurant’s sommelier explained to us on our arrival about the meals and the wines which were going to be served. He was very friendly and polite and so were all other staff, who brought meals to us and wines, as well. Lo We were spoiled with a variety of tasting meticulously prepared and colourfully presented meals. A selection of wines of different aromas and tastes were served with each different meal. They offer a golf buggy to pick you up at main gate. Quick phone call and they were there. Then we had the most incredible four course meal accompanied by wine pairing.
