You'll then begin to learn the art of smoking meat, receiving valuable tips on brining, marinating, rubbing and wood smoking. By then end, you'll have cooked up a mouthwatering feast, featuring pulled chicken tacos, beef short ribs and reverse searing steaks, with each dish served with a flavour matched craft beer. It'll sure give the legendary brisket and pork cuts a run for their money!
