In this intimate and interactive cooking class, an experienced duck professional will guide you through a series of oriental dishes whilst teaching about the flavours and spices of Asia that partner perfectly with duck. You will also learn how to cook a whole duck and duck portions in various ways, matching it with simple sauces and accompaniments. The class finishes with a sumptuous banquet alongside your newfound kitchen friends. San choy bau, duck satay and Thai peking duck salad are just some of the mouth-watering dishes that could be covered on the day. Casual and comfortable clothing, selves and pants are recommended to protect skin from hot surfaces. Preferably non-slip, closed flat shoes, and tied up hair for those with long hair. Aprons will be provided for the duration of the class.
