In this intimate and interactive cooking class, an experienced duck professional will guide you through a series of oriental dishes whilst teaching about the flavours and spices of Asia that partner perfectly with duck. You will also learn how to cook a whole duck and duck portions in various ways, matching it with simple sauces and accompaniments. The class finishes with a sumptuous banquet alongside your newfound kitchen friends. San choy bau, duck satay and Thai peking duck salad are just some of the mouth-watering dishes that could be covered on the day.   • Recipes cooked on the day are decided based on amount of people in the class

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • Cancellations are not refundable
  • The provider reserves the right to alter or cancel a class, in which case you will be notified in advance
  • Reservations may be transferred to another date if at least one full days notice is given

Dress Code

Casual and comfortable clothing, selves and pants are recommended to protect skin from hot surfaces. Preferably non-slip, closed flat shoes, and tied up hair for those with long hair. Aprons will be provided for the duration of the class.
