• Please allow up one hour for the whole experience
• The flight is approximately 20 minutes in duration

• Passengers must be over the age of 14 years to fly; those aged under 18 must have parental consent
• All passengers must be in good physical health, be less than 190cm tall and weigh 95kg or less
• If you have a physical disability please let the provider know in advance so they can make sure to have all the facilities you might require
• Passengers will not be permitted to fly if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Passengers are not permitted to carry anything on the flight as loose objects may be dropped into the aircraft and jam flight control
• Avoid excessive alcohol the night before and carbonated drinks the day of. Avoid eating anything one hour prior to take off

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

It will be just you and your pilot in the aircraft.

The provider reserves the right to cancel and reschedule flights if the weather is deemed unsuitable for flying. That is, if there is low cloud cover, rain, adverse wind conditions or if forecast temperature exceeds 35 degrees. Your flight may be rescheduled for a later date.

Loose comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day and sturdy, enclosed shoes. Sunglasses are highly recommended as the glare off the clouds can be quite severe. If you have long hair, please make sure it is tied back securely.

All flights are recorded on a single GoPro style camera. This footage is available upon request at the end of your experience for an additional $60.
