Serving up French and modern Australian-inspired fare, you will savour a nine course degustation that changes with the seasons and combines various textures and flavours in pure, refined and exciting dishes. Sip on perfectly matched wines with each course as you savour delicious delights including pepper crusted venison, sous vide duck breast with blue cheese, marinated lamb with curried beetroot and white chocolate panacotta. To top it off, the fine dining restaurant brings to life the styles of a glamorous bygone era with French Renaissance furniture, vintage china and antique paintings. Perfect for a romantic date night, special celebration or just because.
