Serving up French and modern Australian-inspired fare, you will savour a seven course degustation that changes with the seasons and combines various textures and flavours in pure, refined and exciting dishes. Sip on beautifully matched wines as you savour delicious delights including pepper crusted venison, cured-monk fish, lemon risotto and jaggery meringue. To top it off, the fine dining restaurant brings to life the styles of a glamorous bygone era with French Renaissance furniture, vintage china and antique paintings. Perfect for a romantic date night, special celebration or just because.

    Guidelines

    • Dietary requirements can only be catered for with at least 48 hours notice
    • Paired wines can be added on the night for $75 per person
    • You must be 18 years and older to consume alcohol; ID may be required
    • The whole table must take the degustation dinner

    Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged with them directly according to this policy:
