Blue swimmer crab lasagne, sourdough crumbed King George whiting and seared Canadian Atlantic scallops are just some of the fantastic fare that's plated up by Executive Chef, Daniel Hughes. Sit back, relax and sip on a glass of French champagne as you indulge in a smorgasbord of culinary delights.
