Restrictions

The E-Bikes are heavy so are only suitable for children over the age of 12 years old. The E-Bike Mountain bikes should be kept on the tracks outlined by us. Any dirt or sand must be removed before returning the bike or a cleaning fee will be charged upon return. There is a refundable security deposit to be charged which will be refunded on return of the bike assuming it is in good condition.

• A basic fitness requirement is all that is needed for this tour
• Please notify the provider of any medical conditions prior to hire
• A waiver questionnaire is required to be completed before the hire commences
• E-bikes should be kept on the tracks outlined by the provider
• Any dirt or sand must be removed before returning the bike or a cleaning fee will be charged upon return
• There is a refundable security deposit to be charged which will be refunded on return of the bike assuming it is in good condition

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This voucher is valid for one person. The provider has six e-bikes available for hire.

Weather

In the event of extreme weather the hire is able to be rescheduled. The hire will not be cancelled in the event of rain so please ensure the appropriate clothing is worn.

Dress Code

Casual clothing with appropriate shoes is suggested.

Other Info

A bike helmet and a lock will be provided.
