We remain open for business so we can continue to deliver experiences - whether as gifts or to share with family and friends when the time comes.

We have always brought people together and now we are finding new ways to do this.

FAQs

  1. What if I have a voucher that’s about to expire?

    If you have a RedBalloon voucher due to expire in the next 90 days, please get in touch. We will extend it free of charge for 12 months so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy your experience.

  3. What if I have an experience booked in the next few months?

    As you'd expect some of our suppliers have paused bookings temporarily in light of the recent advice from the government.

    If you have an upcoming booking with us, rest assured we will get in touch with you at least 4 weeks prior to your booking date to let you know of any changes.

  5. If I buy a voucher, how long have I got to use it?

    All RedBalloon vouchers, e-gift cards, gift vouchers and retail gift cards purchased on or after 18 October 2017 are valid for 3 years except where the experience has already been booked in. We honour the purchase price of the experience for 12 months. If you don’t book within that time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange the voucher for another experience free of charge.

  7. What if I want a voucher delivered by post?

    The safety of our staff and customers is important to us. We are following the government guidelines so that we can continue to deliver vouchers in our famous red envelope to you or your gift recipient.

    Please note: Deliveries to some areas may be delayed due to COVID-19. To find out if your delivery is impacted visit the Auspost website or contact the courier company on your shipping confirmation directly.
