Restrictions

All passengers are weighed in and given a safety briefing prior to boarding their flight.

Guidelines

• This flight is suitable for people of all ages
• Passengers between 0-13 years old must travel with a parent
• Please inform experience provider of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking
• Maximum passenger weight 110kg per seat; please provide information at time of booking
• All flights are subject to availability, confirmed passenger weights, weather and Air Traffic Control
• Available only during Vivid Sydney 27 May - 18 June 2022

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

All flights are sold on a per-seat basis. Tours are confirmed with a minimum of four passengers. Single passengers are welcome; however, they will not be confirmed until 4 guests are booked for the flight. Private flights for 4-6 passengers can be arranged at an additional cost.

Weather

All flights are weather dependant. If a flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, the experience provider will contact you prior to reschedule the flight to a mutually suitable time and date. If you elect not the travel due to weather and the helicopter flight is still operational, a 100% cancellation fee with apply.

Dress Code

Wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions.

Other Info

Sydney Heli Tours operate in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority. All passengers are required to wear seat belts and life jackets during the entire flight. Headsets are worn in helicopters to protect hearing, and to enable two-way communication between passenger and pilot.

Dine & Discover - Discover restrictions

• Discover NSW vouchers are single use only. Any balance of funds remaining on the voucher will be forfeited.
• Only eligible to be used on products showing the “Discover” tag on site and cannot be used for Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards.
• Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with Discover NSW vouchers.
• Individuals are unable to redeem more than one voucher at the same business on the same day.

• Parents NSW vouchers are single use only. Any balance of funds remaining on the voucher will be forfeited. Only eligible to be used on products showing the “Parent” tag on site and cannot be used for Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards.
• Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with Parents NSW vouchers.
• You can use multiple Parents NSW vouchers for the same purchase up to a total of $250
• You can combine your vouchers with another person's Parents NSW vouchers up to a total of $250 towards the same bill.
• You cannot combine a Discover NSW voucher with a Parents NSW voucher - only one voucher type may be used per adult.
• Cannot be used for food, drinks, Dine NSW experiences, spa services or accommodation.
• Parents NSW vouchers will expire 9th October 2022.
