Experience Brisbane from a spectacular new perspective on this 90 minute Story Bridge twilight climb. After a comprehensive safety briefing, climb simulator and fitting of your climb suit, you'll begin the 80 metre ascent to the summit with an experienced climb leader guiding every step.

As the sun sets, take in breathtaking 360 degree views across Brisbane and its surrounds. Admire landmarks including the Glasshouse Mountains, Lamington National Park, Moreton Bay Islands, Mt Coot and Brisbane Forest Park as the city transforms from golden hour to a dazzling display of evening lights.

Throughout the climb, your experienced guide shares fascinating stories about the bridge's history and Brisbane's heritage, adding another layer to this unforgettable adventure. Combining incredible scenery, local insight and the magic of twilight, this is an iconic way to experience one of Brisbane's most famous landmarks.

This experience is 90 minutes in duration
Available daily from 4pm to 6.15pm
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience start

Restrictions

Transportation to and from the venue is not included.

Guidelines

Maximum weight limit is 130 kilograms per participant
Minimum height of 110 centimetres
Minimum age is six years old
Cameras, mobile phones or any loose items are not permitted on the climb
All participants will undergo blood alcohol testing prior to the climb, participants above 0.05 percent BAC will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded
The group photo will be sent to the email provided at booking within 48 hours
Children 16 years old and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult
Pregnant participants are permitted to climb up to 20 weeks

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 15 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 15 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Changes to bookings at least 14 days before the start time of your experience will incur an additional fee
Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of the booking

Numbers on the Day

Maximum of 12 participants per group.

Spectators

Spectators are not permitted.

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Dress Code

Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed rubber sole footwear.

An enjoyable sunset at the Storey Bridge

The guided tour is well organized and it enforced a safe way to be up on the Storey Bridge to enjoy the sunset viewing of the Brisbane city. Plenty of time was allowed to view different parts around the city peacefully even the road traffic was busy on the bridge

Gifted this experience for a birthday gift and took my Dad. The guide (Nick!) was fantastic - great humour and made us feel very comfortable througout the whole process. Definitely felt very safe. Bit of a challenge if you're not too fit, but doable for my 60yo Dad (albeit we both had sore legs after, but not sore enough to take away from the experience!). You'll get awesome views and great tid-bits about Brisbane (I learned new things and I've been here for 15+ years!). 10/10 would go again.

Wow, where to start! Was greeted straight off the bat by our guide Jemma, the thing I loved most about Jemma was she asked for our names straight away and remembered all of us (probs about a group of 10-15) the whole tour!! I had taken my 12 year old son as a Xmas present, he was nervous when he entered but again Jemma just made him feel so relaxed and complemented him when she could! The thing I loved about this tour was yes there are a lot and I mean a lot of stairs to climb! But they space out the stops so an unfit person like myself never felt breathless, never at all felt like I can’t do this and I want to go home!! It was just magical!! The views are incredible, the information they discuss on the way is very interesting! I would highly recommended this experience for kids and adults! My son and I left feeling so glad that we did it!! (We did the twilight one)

I've lived in Brisbane my whole life and this is an experience that's been on the list for a while. I finally booked it and it did not disappoint. Our guide started with a beautiful acknowledgement of Country, and even used traditional place names for Meanjin (Brisbane) and K'Gari (formerly Fraser Island). We got a nice history of the bridge at the top, as well as some geography and points of interest for those not familiar with Brisbane. Stunning views from the top, plenty of times to stop and take it all in along the way.

This was an excellent adventure at the top of storey bridge 80 m above sea level. 360 degree view around Brisbane was spectacular. The whole process was smooth ,safe and exciting. Our guide was amazing. He explained the naming and construction of the bridge.
