Roll up your sleeves and unearth the secrets of Asian cooking. Nestled in the treetops of Terranora, soak in beautiful views of the Tweed Valley out to Mount Warning as you learn to cook an array of Asian dishes using local organic ingredients and fresh herbs hand-picked from the garden. Dishes typically covered on the day include vegetable spring rolls, lotus leaf parcels filled with chicken, rice and vegetables, and banana fritters with ice cream. Develop your culinary skills, discover key ingredients and receive food styling tips and tricks along the way. At the end of the class, take a seat in the tranquil outdoor dining area with your new found friends and enjoy your efforts with a glass of wine. You will also receive a recipe booklet to take home so you can impress your guests at your next dinner party!

Children are permitted if they are over 12 years old & serious food enthusiast, otherwise we work on case by case basis depending on maturity & willingness to learn.
