Discover the coastal paradise of Rottnest Island by foot during this guided hiking tour. See countless shades of blue as you stroll past gorgeous coastal headlands, inland lakes and pristine bays, and encounter both natural and man-made attractions along the way.
Strap on those hiking boots for a heavenly stroll around the iconic Rottnest Island! You will be travelling 12km along the Wadjemup Bidi network to explore some of the beautiful lakes and bays that the island has to offer. Head to the Vlamingh Lookout to gain a perspective of what lies beyond the Settlement, before walking to Lake Baghdad to watch the birds dancing on the Salt Lakes. Feel like you're walking on water as you meander along the Lakes Boardwalk, safely above the important samphire communities below. Continue up to the Wadjemup Lighthouse for a light refreshment and stunning panoramic views from the highest point on the island, before returning to the trail on route to the northern beaches. At Little Parakeet Bay, you'll have the opportunity to cool off in the crystal clear waters, and you'll also visit Geordie Bay, Longreach Bay and The Basin for more popular swimming spots.
