You'll experience some of the best on this one day experience departing Sydney. Delve into the diversity of the region's premier variety during a Pinot Masterclass at Centennial Vineyards, with tastings of estate-grown wines. Join eschalot's owner and head chef Matty Roberts in his garden and savour a three course meal of seasonal, regional flavours paired with local wines.
