Two hours south of Sydney lies the Southern Highlands, a bucolic beauty with a Scottish heritage and some of NSW's more exciting winemakers and chefs. You'll experience some of the best on this one day event departing Sydney. Delve into the diversity of the region's premier variety during a Pinot masterclass at Centennial Vineyards, with tastings of estate-grown wines. Join Eschalot's owner and head chef Matty Roberts in his garden and savour a three course meal of seasonal, regional flavours matched with local wines.
