We arrived early and everything was laid out ready for everyone to arrive. Head Chef Brett, was very clear with his instructions and engaging. Pollo Baracho (Drunken Chicken) & pulled pork empanadas, were easy to prepare & cook with a raft of fresh ingredients to maximise taste. Once the meal was cooked we were rewarded with a strawberry & lime margarita to accompany our meal. We'd done another class 10 years ago but this was by far more fun, interesting & with greater takeaways (no pun). Recipes provided at the end to cook at home. I recommend this one, it was good fun. Not only was it a great experience we could do and learn together, we got recipes and other valuable cooking skills as well. Our instructor was funny, bubbly and kind and it was great to have a brief chat after the session. He welcomed questions and assisted/ demonstrated where needed.
