Learn how to create an array of delicious French desserts, such as apple tart tatin, crème brûlée, chocolate délice mousse cake, cherry clafoutis, soufflés, or classic crème caramel. There'll be something to suit everyone when you sit down with a glass of wine to sample your creations!
In this small group cooking class, you'll create a selection of classic French dishes. Some examples of what can be on the menu include hazelnut dacquoise; petit lemon and meringue tarts; vanilla bean and passionfruit bavarois; crème brûlée; chocolate délice mousse cake; soufflés; classic crème caramel; rum baba; passionfruit roulade and cherry clafoutis. You'll learn how to cook these French classics before sitting down with the class to enjoy your creations with a glass of wine. Bon appétit!

Classes are limited to nine participants, with one chef plus one kitchen steward assistant.
For safety reasons, participants must wear closed in, comfortable shoes. For health reasons, hair must be tied back while cooking.
