The Finke River is said to be the world's oldest riverbed with its source starting in the MacDonnell Ranges. Departing from the FRA Depot in Hermannsburg, you will explore the rugged natural beauty of this Central Australian location as you drive along the Finke River in a Can-am ATV. Don't be afraid to get dirty as you experience true off-road driving in these exciting vehicles. As you drive along the riverbed into the Finke Gorge National Park, you will stop along the way to really take in and appreciate the stunning landscape. Relax under the shade of the enormous white river gums and enjoy the many permanent water holes in the area. After exploring your surroundings, jump back in your vehicle and drive along the river back to the FRA Depot.
The tour is not suitable for persons who have any skeletal conditions, spinal/neck conditions, osteoporotic fractures, who are suffering from neck and back pain or recovering from surgery.

No spectators are permitted.
As a safety first and environmentally responsible tour operator, the provider reserves the right to cancel tours subject to weather and prevailing conditions. In this event, the provider will notify you as soon as possible and offer to re-book or refund your tour cost.
Please wear enclosed footwear, a hat, sunscreen, fly net or spray for the summer time and clothing suitable to the weather for the day.
