Learn about small batch chocolate-making at this artisan workshop. You'll get to tour the factory before crafting your own masterpieces like truffles, a snowman, and bespoke chocolate bars flavoured with everything from salt and cacao nibs, to fruit and spices. Take home what you make plus recipes.
Experience all things chocolate on this decadent three-hour artisan chocolate workshop. Kick off the morning on a behind-the-scenes chocolate tour where you'll learn how cacao beans are grown and taste the 10 different stages of chocolate making from bean to bar. Indulge in a chocolate tasting before diving in to make your own. You'll be whipping up ganache like an old hand, rolling truffles in any one of ten toppings, think pistachio, shredded coconut and hundreds and thousand, and getting creative, making bespoke chocolates from any one of 25 ingredients, including fruit, nuts and spices. The chocolatier will demonstrate how to make marshmallows, before getting you to decorate and construct your own cute snowman in a jar of hot chocolate. Just add hot water! You won't go home empty-handed, along with recipes you can make at home, you'll also get a bag of hand-made chocolates.
Although the chocolate does not contain nuts or gluten, both are used on the premises.
